| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、数理统计、逻辑分析和比较分析的方法对北京奥运会田径金牌、奖牌及前8名成绩进行分析，目的是为找出世界田径运动格局的新变化，其表现：在奥运会占霸主地位的美国短跨项目开始动摇；美俄“两强”争霸逐渐转向“多强”格局；世界田径多元化格局基本稳定；作为世界田径中心的欧洲出现了向美洲、非洲偏移的现象；非洲在中长跑项目上占据着统治地位；亚洲国家田径成绩平平，优势项目在削弱；大洋洲的实力初见起色，但总体水平还很低。
