摘    要:目的:探讨三七皂苷对运动性贫血大鼠自由基代谢的影响。方法:将24只雄性健康SD大鼠随机平分为对照组、运动组和运动灌药组。对运动组和运动灌药组大鼠进行为期十周的递增负荷跑台运动,并从第五周开始对运动灌药组大鼠进行三七皂苷药物干预,对其他各组灌饲等体积生理盐水。实验后测定大鼠血清中MDA含量以及SOD、CAT活力。结果:运动组血清MDA含量和CAT活力显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),运动灌药组血清MDA含量显著低于运动组(P〈0.05),运动灌药组血清CAT活力显著高于运动组(P〈0.05),运动灌药组血清MDA含量和CAT活力与对照组相比均无显著性差异,对照组、运动组、运动灌药组的血清SOD活力均无显著性差异。结论:三七皂苷能有效改善机体的氧化应激状态,降低体内脂质过氧化水平,增强机体防御氧自由基损伤的能力。

Abstract:The paper discusses the influence of notoginsenoside on the free radical metabolism of the sports anemia rats. 24 healthy SD rats were divided into control group, sports group and sports medicine group. The sports group and sports medicine group had the platform running for 10 weeks and the sports medicine group had the notoginsenoside intervention from the 5th week while the other groups had the same amount of normal saline. After the experiment, the volume of MDA, SOD and CAT in the serum were tested. The research findings show that the MDA and CAT of the sports group are significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05). MDA of the sports medicine group is significantly lower than that of the sports group(P〈0.05). CAT of the sports medicine group is significantly higher than that of the sports group(P〈0. 05). There are no significant differences of MDA and CAT between the sports medicine group and the con- trol group. There are no differences of SOD among the control group, sports group and sports medicine group. The paper concludes that the notoginsenoside can improve the oxidative stress state of the body, reduce the lipid peroxidation level in the body and improve the ability to defense the oxygen free radical damage.
