| 摘 要： | 运动动机是体育运动中起重要作用的内在心理力量，技战术意识需要从小培养，动机水平亦需从小培养，以省第十届“小排协”夏令营全体队员为研究对象，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和心理测验法，对他们参加排球训练比赛的动机及比赛成绩与动机水平之间的关系进行研究分析，期望能为少儿排球运动训练科学化及培养高质量的排球后备人才提供一点心理学方面的依据。

| Abstract: | Sports motivation, an important psychological force is required as early as possible during children's volleyball training program. The stronger the motivation volleyball-players' will achieve. The article is supposed to investigate and study the relationship between young volleyball-player's motivation and their achievements in the 10th JiangSu province Primary school students volleyball summer camp. |
