| 摘 要： | 在新的历史条件下，中国共产党不仅要坚持党的工人阶级先锋队性质，而且要适应知识经济时代的要求，把社会主义现代化建设中出现的代表先进生产力的新的社会阶层和社会群体的优秀分子吸收到党内来，进一步增强党的阶级基础和扩大党的群众基础，始终保持党的先进性。

| Abstract: | Under the new historical condition, the Chinese Communist Party must not only maintain the pioneering nature of the working class, but adapt itself to the demands of the era of knowledge-based economy so that it can absorb those outstanding members of the new social strata or groups that are representative of the advanced productive forces in the construction of socialist modernization, thus strengthening its class and mass foundations and maintain its advanced quality. |
