摘    要:依据国内外有关的成果,在开放性调查的基础上设计成《廊坊师范学院教师行为特征符合度调查问卷》。依此对全校部分品学兼优的学生3397人进行调查,得到良好区分理论课、实验课或技能训练课教师各好与差4种教师教学质量的行为指标,各自共3个维度,即教师的计划和预期,教师的监察、调节、控制,教师的反思评估。评价教师教学质量的行为指标各自共25项。

Abstract:The Questionnaire of the Teachers' Proper Behaviors in Langfang Teachers' College is designed on the basis of open survey and theoretical achievements home and abroad.3397 students with good morality and excellent performance in study have responded to the questionnaire.The result shows four kinds of teaching behaviors standards,each of which has 3 parts:the teachers' plans and expectations,the teachers' supervision,regulation and control,and the teachers' reflections to judge the teachers to be qualified or not in such courses as theoretical course,experimental course and skill training course.The indexes to evaluating the teaching quality for each course have 25 items.
