对高中生物教材中实验的探讨

农村中学实验教学过程中，存在药品器材稀缺短少及技术的限制性等困难。高中生物教材的“观察植物细胞的有丝分裂”和“叶绿体中色素的提取和分离”两个重要实验在实验时间、器材、药品、操作手法等方面可以进行改进，以降低两实验的难度和提高实验的可行性。

On the experiments of the biology for the senior middle school students

In the experiments of the rural middle schools,we often have some problems such as the shortage of the medicines and equipment,the lack of the technology etc.So some improvements in the experiments should be made.The paper discusses the improvements in the experiments of the mitosis of the plant cell division and the collection and separation of the pigment in the chloroplasts in the text books of the senior middle schools,which lower the difficulties and raise the feasibility of the experiments.
