| 摘 要： | 兴趣是学生参加体育活动的直接动机，是学生学习中最活跃的因素，兴趣的激发和培养与教学内容手段方法、求知欲、教学目标、教学环境、信息反馈等要素密切相关，只有协调好他们关系才能更好的激发学生学习的兴趣，积极投入体育锻炼。

| Abstract: | The interest is the direct motive which students take part in sports. Its the most active factor in students studies. Stimulation and cultivation of the sports are interrelated closely with the teaching method, thirst for knowledge, teaching target, teaching surroundings and information feedback. Students interest of taking part in the sports can be stimulated and motivated on condition that a good coordination is built up among all the factors. |
