对大学竞技健美操运动员的运动损伤的调查分析

在大学里开展竞技健美操运动,容易发生伤害事故。运动损伤不仅会直接影响训练,而且会影响大学生的身心健康,带来不良的社会影响。利用访谈法、问卷调查法就大学生竞技健美操运动员的运动损伤部位、损伤原因等问题进行了调查分析,希望能为广大大学竞技健美操教练员和运动员提供参考。

Survey on Injury Caused by Athletics aerobics in the Middle School

It is easy to get injury accidence when doing aerobics exercise in university.Exercise injury not only directly influence student's training,but also their mental and physical health and lead to negative social influence.Through using the method of interview and questionnaire,this paper made investigation on position and cause of college student-athlete's exercise injury.The main purpose is to provide the reference for coaches and athletes.
