| 摘 要： | 融资已成为我国金融租赁公司当前业务发展的一大瓶颈，对我国金融租赁公司融资方式的现状分析，指出其存在的问题，并通过对金融租赁公司融资手段的分类，分析了各类融资工具的具体情况，进而对各类融资工具提出了对策建议。
