| 摘 要： | 反身性理论认为图书馆服务是人们和图书馆、思维和行为共同参与创造的,是一种解读性的真实而非客观真实。评价者享受服务也参与创造服务,其思维受服务影响也操控影响服务。评价者和图书馆服务、评价思维和现实境况形成反身性关系。评价者同时成为了评价对象和评价标准。评价者的认知能力有限且存在差异,对图书馆服务的解读也不相同。图书馆评价研究应以解释现实为目的,而不是仅追求规律和模式。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of reflexivity theory,the library service is created jointly by the public and the library,the thinking and the behavior.It is an interpretive reality rather than the objective reality.The evaluators being served are also involved in serving,their thinking is influenced by the services and manipulates and influences the services in turn.The evaluator is both the object being evaluated and the evaluation criteria.The evaluators′ cognitive abilities are imperfect and different,and their interpretation of library services are different too.The aim of library evaluation studies should be to explain the reality rather than just to pursuit the rule and patterns. |
