| 摘 要： | 依法治校是依法治教的核心内容,推进依法治校是教育事业深化改革、加快发展,全面推进素质教育,提高国民素质的重要保障。随着我国教育法制建设的逐步完善,依法治校的情况有了明显改善,但是,对一些地方、一些学校、一些教师来说,依法治校竟然成了真空,应采取措施加以解决。

| Abstract: | School legal management is the core content of school education.Promoting school legal management is an important gurantee of deepening reform,accelerating development,promoting quality education,and improve the quality of the whole nation.With China＇s gradual improvement of the education legal system,the situation of school has improved significantly,but in some places,some departments,some schools,and among some teachers there,school legal management becomes a vacuum,so we should take measures to solve it. |
