在文化强省战略下,地方高校应积极参与"理论粤军"建设,以高质量的文化研究引领地方特色文化发展,发挥高校独特优势,推动地方文化生态保护区建设。同时,还应妥善处理好学术独立与社会需要、基础研究与应用研究、文化研究与文化传播等关系,在服务社会的同时全面提升高校整体办学质量和学术水平。
