| 摘 要： | 文章根据近年来国内外对自洁净玻璃的研究现状,对自洁净玻璃的研制方法、步骤进行了说明,对自洁净玻璃表面纳米氧化物薄膜的制备方法的研究进展状况进行了综述,并对其优缺点进行了比较。
