在大学生就业形势日益严峻的今天,"社会资本"在就业市场上所起的作用越来越重要。面对社会资本在大学生就业中的正负效应,我们不应一味地批判由于大学生的社会资本占有量不同而造成的就业不公,而应积极引导它的正面发展,限制它的负面影响,采取确实有效的措施开发大学生的"自致型"社会资本,降低大学生就业不公的程度。

As it becomes more and more tough for college students to find a job, social capital now plays a more and more important role in job-hunting. In face of the positive and negative effects of the social capital in the employment of college students, we should not criticize the inequity in employment due to the different quantity of social capital owned by the graduates, but guide its positive development and restrict its negative effects. We should take effective measures to develop the "self-achieved" social capital of the college students and lower the degree of inequity in employments.
