| 摘 要： | “破窗理论”告诉我们，人的行为会接受周围环境的暗示，因此加强高校廉政文化建设、营造良好的校园氛围对于高校加强反腐倡廉建设具有重要意义。高校廉政文化具有教育导向、凝聚认同、规范调整和榜样辐射等功能。加强高校廉政文化建设要着重从完善机制、分类指导、打造平台和创新思路等方面下功夫。
