武术功法的特征及其在社会实践中引发的思考--突破武术发展瓶颈的理论探讨

通过文献资料调研和考察等方法，研究武术发展现状；阐述尚未进入当代武术“主流”层面的武术功法，顺应武术发展和社会发展的需要而日益发展的脉络，以及武术功法的内容和分类、技术构成、练习目的、练习方式等方面表现出的特征。研究认为，武术功法类似西方竞技项目，但又有着鲜明的中国文化特色。竞技武术应借鉴其既与竞赛接轨，也沿着武术传统文化内涵的项目特色发展；群众性武术活动和学校武术课应采用其技术简洁、易学易记易练的内容结构。

Feature of Wushu Super Power and Consideration Induced by Its' Social Practice

Through using the method of literature investigation ,this paper studied the developing condition of Wushu,explained the wushu super power that still not entering the mainstream of modern wushu ,followed the demand of wushu and social development as well as the content and classification ,exercise style ,technical structure and purpose. The result showed that the super power of wushu was similar to combat events of western,but it had obvious Chinese traditional culture character. Competitive wushu should particularly pay attention to integrate with competitive mode and follow the event characters and structure of easily learning.
