浅析我国硕士研究生培养模式

对目前国内硕士研究生培养模式的现状进行分析,指出目前硕士研究生培养主要存在以下问题:师生对学术型硕士和专业型硕士的概念不明晰;导师队伍的建设抵不过研究生的增速;学生对待论文态度不严谨、导师指导力度不足;研究生自身的问题。基于我国经济对人才的需求,提出以下建议:明晰学术型硕士和专业型硕士的教学目标及任务,因材施教;优化导师队伍结构,强化导师的责任意识;优化研究生选拔机制,进行师生之间的科学匹配;强化学位论文选题和质量考核;建立弹性学制和淘汰机制,确保硕士培养质量。

A Brief Analysis on the Training Mode of Master Graduate Students in China

In view of the current situation of the domestic master's graduate training model analysis,this paper put forward the following main problems:the concept of academic master and professional master is not clear;the construction of tutor team can not offset the growth rate of graduate students;students'attitude towards thesis is not rigorous,tutors’guidance is insufficient;the reasons for graduate students themselves.Based on the demand of our country's economic market,the following suggestions were presented:Clarify the teaching objectives and tasks of academic and professional masters,to teach students according to their aptitude;Optimize the structure of tutors and strengthen their sense of responsibility;Carry out scientific matching between teachers and students;Strengthen the topic selection and quality assessment of degree thesis;Establish flexible academic system and elimination mechanism to ensure the quality of master's training.
