| Abstract: | Firstly, this article points out the question that venture capital organizations are insufficient to invest in the transformation of S&T achievements of universities in Nanjing City, and then studied the main barrier factors that affects the investment behavior of venture capital organizations in the S&T achievements of universities by an investigation of venture capital organizations, the university scientific researchers and the enterprises in the university S&T park. Finally, the paper put forwards the corresponding countermeasure. |
