《管理学原理》教学方法探析

摘    要:《管理学原理》既具有应用的广泛性与实践的艺术性特点,又具有一定的科学性与艺术性的属性。因此,本课程教学需要综合运用多元化的教学方法,单一的方法很难收到良好的教学效果。《管理学原理》多元化教学方法主要体现在课堂教学、图书资料查阅、实践中学习三个方面。同时,这些方法的有效实施,还需要相应条件的配合与支持。

Abstract:"Principles of Management" is characterized by its universality, practicality, scientificalness and artistic quality. Therefore, teaching this course should comprehensively employ diversified teaching methods since a single teaching method can not take effect. The diversity of teaching methods in Principles of Management is mainly em- bodied in the classroom teaching, library access and learning in practice. At the same time, an effective implementation of these methods should have the support of the corresponding conditions.
