| Abstract: | The text illustrates the importance of technology alliance both to alter the orbit of enterprise in our country and to elevate the whole technical level of our country by analyzing two forms of trchnology alliance using game model and mathematical programming model respectively.One is established between the transnational corporations belonging to our country and the developed country respectively and the other is established among enterprises having relative technology in our country. |
