摘    要:范仲俺是北宋著名的政治改革家、军事家、文学家,同时也是一位热心兴学育人的教育家。兴学育人可以说是范仲淹行之终生的事业。他大力提倡改革科举制度,积极投身于兴办学校的教育实践之中,从而形成了丰富的教育思想。范仲淹重视师资素质培养,力荐“明师”任教。在教育上他继承孔子的教育思想,以儒家经典为主要内容,并提出了培养专门性实用人才的主张,范仲淹对当时的学校教育,以至宋代学术文化的发展做出了重要的贡献。

Abstract:Fan Zhongyan was a political reformer,military strategist,literary writer and an educator as well.He was keen on running schools. In practice, he gradually formed his educational thoughts.Also, Fan zhongyan tried his best to advocate the reform of the imperial examination system, with his emphasizing on the quality training of teachers and his choosing "the best teachers" to teach. He succeeded Confucius teaching methods and put the use of the confucian classics into teaching the pupils.He also put forward some propositions on training the specializedly-practical talents so that they could well serve the country. Accordingly, Fan Zhongyan made great contributions to the schooling in his times and the academic development of culture in the song Dynasty.
