湘西少数民族地区中学体育教师继续教育的现状分析与对策研究

积极开展继续教育是知识经济时代赋予我们的历史使命,也是中小学教师的权利和义务。笔者通过对湘西少数民族地区中学体育教师继续教育的现状进行调查分析,旨在探索出适应中学体育教师需要的继续教育方式,建立起民族地区中学体育教师继续教育的理论体系。并将理论作用于实践以解决少数民族地区继续教育的现实问题。

Analyzing and Countermeasures Researching on Continuing Education of the Middle School PE Teachers From Minority Group Area of the West of Hunan

Developing continuing education actively is our historical mission in the knowledge and economic period, it is also the rights and responsibilities of primary and middle school's teachers This article researches and analyses the actual condition education of the middle school in minority group area of the west of Hunan It is in order to explore the teaching methods, which will be fit for the need of the middle school′s PE teachers This article establishes theory system about continuing education of middle school PE teachers from minority group area We put the theory system into practical, so as to solve many actual problems, which was happened on continuing education in minority group area
