| 摘 要： | 分析了职业技术教育与学生的个性和需要相适应的现实意义,阐述了近年来职业技术学校存在的主要问题及改革措施,在此基础上提出了开展适应学生个性和需要的职业教育改革的具体做法,如采用多种学习模式,调整课程学习顺序,课程设置弹性化,实行弹性化学习,调整教学管理制度等.
