| 摘 要： | 加强科研院所科技创新团队建设既是提高院所创新能力,增强竞争力的重要途径,也是培养创新人才的重要举措。甘肃省对省属科研院所科技创新团队进行了评价分析,评价结果表明,团队整体发展良好,但在人才培养、学科建设和运行机制等方面也存在一些问题,本文提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | To strengthen the science and technology innovation team-building is not only to improve the innovation capacity and to enhance the competitiveness,but also an important measure to develop creative talents.The results of the evaluated analysis to the sci&tech innovation team of Gansu show the overall development of a good team,but in the training,discipline and other aspects of construction and operation mechanism,there are some problems.The paper presents the corresponding countermeasures. |
