集群核心企业网络位移研究——以吉利为例

集群核心企业是集群中的主导力量,对非核心企业及集群的发展起着至关重要的作用。大多数核心企业不满足于其在集群中的领袖地位,而是选择"走出去"谋求更大的发展空间。核心企业的迁移行为会使其生存和成长所需的资源及资源的获取渠道发生根本性的变化,核心企业的网络结构和竞争优势也因此发生动态演化。基于多层网络视角和一手数据,本文对吉利进行了案例研究。本文深入分析了吉利总部及关键职能部门(生产、研发和营销)在多层网络中的位移状况和资源获取渠道的变化,以及吉利总部及关键职能部门迁移后的网络结构的变化和竞争优势的动态演化。研究结果表明集群核心企业的网络位移与其网络结构和动态竞争优势有着较为密切的联系。

Core Firm' s Network Displacement in Cluster: Case Study of Geely

Core firm is a dominant power of cluster,which is important to other firms and cluster.Many core firms are not satisfied with their leading position in cluster,so they strive to go out for bigger development.Relocation of core firm fundamentally changes the resources and channel access to resources which core firm requires,together with evolution of network structure and competitive advantage of core firm.Based on multi-level network perspective and firsthand data,this paper conducts a case study of Geely.This paper deeply analyzes the network displacement situation of Geely headquarter and key functional departments and changes of network structure and evolution of dynamic competitive advantage.The results show that core firm’s network displacement is significantly related to its network structure and dynamic competitive advantage in cluster.
