| 摘 要： | 全球价值链理论为研究地方产业集群升级提供了一种视角,通过文献综合,发现该视角过于强调通过国际分工形成的产业外部关联,忽略了推动产业集群升级的内部动力。产业集群升级应该同时考虑外部视角与内部动力的结合,即产业集群在内部动力推动下沿着外部价值链向附加值高的环节攀升,具体路径是建立和完善集群内知识共享与技术扩散机制,提高集群技术创新能力,同时发展先进的生产者服务业和服务型制造业,推动集群由加工制造型向研发服务型转变。

| Abstract: | Global value chain theory provides a viewpoint to investigate local industrial cluster.Based on literature review,the author finds that the theory has overemphasized the industrial external interaction through international division of labor but ignored inner power to push forward industrial cluster upgrading.The underpinning of industrial cluster upgrading is enhancing cluster’s whole level of innovation,and the path is developing advanced manufacturing services and service-based manufacturing to promote industrial cluster’s upgrading from manufacturing process to research & development service. |
