对部队院校体育设施现状、管理及规划的思考

体育设施是部队院校开展军事体育教育、提高官兵身体素质的物质基础和前提条件。对部队而言，它是部队战斗力生成，实现打赢能力的根本。当前部队院校体育设施发展经费均显不足、功能单一、管理滞后，造成其利用率低，持续发展能力不足。通过分析，旨在提高部队体育设施的利用率和管理水平，实现设施建设的可持续。
