摘    要:在教育部推进新文科建设的契机下,地方应用型高校英语学科建设要结合区位优势及特色,平衡英语学科的工具性与人文性,关注新时代学生人文精神的养成;突出中国视野和现实关照,建构中国特色英语学科话语体系,加强英语专业师范性色彩,实现主动服务国家、地方发展战略职能。新文科强调学科深度交叉融合,地方外语院系需结合英语专业学科内外的双重属性及跨学科性质,建构双重跨学科、多重跨院校的多层次学科融合体系和外语人才培养模式;完善外部引进、内部培养的人才政策,逐步完成新文科英语教师队伍建设,有效提高地方院校英语专业人才培养的良性健康成长,推进新文科发展。

Abstract:In the drive of the construction of new liberal arts by Ministry of Education,English discipline construction in local application-oriented universities should explore the combination with regional advantages and characteristics,unity of instrumentality and humanity in English subject and cultivation of students humanism.Furthermore,English discipline construction needs to highlight Chinese perspective and realistic concern,construct the discursive system of English with Chinese characteristics,and strengthen the pedagogical color of English majors,and fulfill the function of actively serving the national and local development strategy.The new liberal arts emphasizes the deep interdisciplinary integration.Local foreign language colleges and departments need to combine the dual and interdisciplinary nature of English majors,construct a dual interdisciplinary and multi institutional integration system and foreign language talent training mode,improve the talent policy of external introduction and internal training,gradually complete the construction of new liberal arts English teachers,and effectively improve the healthy growth of English talents of local colleges and universities in order to promote the development of new liberal arts.
