网络资源的分类与作用机制——基于知识转移视角的研究

将社会网络理论与资源观相联系,研究网络资源的分类和作用机制。在理论界已有的网络资源研究基础上,认为网络资源可以划分为网络结构资源、网络关系资源和网络节点资源三种类型。基于企业样本的实证分析表明,网络资源通过加强企业网络中的知识转移进而促进企业绩效,而环境动态性对网络资源和知识转移的关系具有调节作用。网络结构资源和网络关系资源的重要性随环境动态性变化而呈相反方向变化。

The type and effect of network resource:a knowledge transfer perspective

Combined social network theory and resource-based view,this paper tries to clarify the type and its effect of network resource.Based on extant research of network resource,this paper proposes that there are three types of network resource:network structure resource,network relationship resource,and network node resource.An empirical study of multiple firm samples indicates that network resource enhances firm performance by facilitating knowledge transfer between network partners.The results also suggest that the uncertainty of environment has interaction effect on the relationship between network resource and knowledge transfer.The importance of network structure resource and network relationship resource would alter inversely when the level of uncertainty changes.
