| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着DNA技术的发展,DNA证据以其高度的科学性出现于人们的视野,但任何证据都有其限制,DNA证据也不例外,其采集、运用也是人为的过程。盲目崇拜的危险观念和漏洞百出的制度共同作用的结果只能是悲剧的重复上演,最后导致人们对法律信任的逐渐丧失。因此相关法律的制定也就成为相当迫切的需要。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the development of DNA technology,DNA evidence has got to be known by people with highly scientific.But any evidence has its ristriction,DNA evidence is no exception.Its collection,application are both the artificial courses.If the course is affected jointly by the dangerous viewpoints of worship blindly and loopholes regulations,it will always leads to tragic results,and people will lose faith in law step by step.So it is needed urgently to enact relevant regulations. |
