摘    要:
DMC-1842 PCI运动控制卡开发了一种玻璃切割机控制系统,介绍了该系统的基本功能、硬件结构和软件设计。软件系统采用G代码作为加工指令,设计DXF接口程序实现AutoCAD文件自动翻译成控制指令代码,进而进一步提高了切割精度。系统实际运行结果表明,控制效果和精度达到企业用户的要求,且运行稳定。

Abstract:
The control system based on DMC-1842 PCI motion controller is built for incising glass,which introduced the basic function,the hardware structure and the software design.Software system using G code as processing orders,DXF interface program designed to achieve the AutoCAD file is automatically translated into the control code,thus improving the cutting accuracy.Consequently the system runs steadily and the control effect and precision meet manufacture customer's requirements.
