| Abstract: | Under the condition of social and economic development in Liaoning Province, the paper fully discusses the economic advantages, region advantages, culture background, development goals, service system, security system and industrial characters, which are unique of sports of the comfortably-off society in Liaoning Province. Analyzing and discussing the continuous development models, the paper also expounds the requirements,circumstances,models,functions,strategies,stregies,science and technology to further the development of sports continuously. |
