| 摘 要： | 体育经纪人是伴随体育产业的市场化逐渐发展起来的，体育经纪人对体育产业市场化、社会化进程，体育职业化进程，信息的传播和交流，体育资源合理配置，对运动员训练和比赛以及对大众体育的开展都具有较大促进作用。为了较好的进行体育经纪活动，需要体育经纪人具有高尚的人格修养和职业道德，具有宽广的知识面，了解市场营销、经济、金融基本知识，拥有相关的体育专业知识，具有捕捉信息及准确的判断能力、社交能力和协调能力以及出色的谈判能力等。

| Abstract: | The sports broker,with the marketization of sports industry was developed gradually.the sports brokers have a facilitation to industry's maketization of sports,socialized process,the professional process of sports,spread and exchange of information,sports rational distribution of resources,to athletic training and competition to masses development of sports.The sports broker needs personality training and professional ethics with nobleness for better carrying on the sports manager activity,broad range of knowlege,marketing,economic,financial knowledges.there is relevant sports professional knowledge,catch information,good judgement,social ability and coordinating ability and outstanding negotiation ability,etc. |
