通过文献资料法和专家访谈法对我国职业排球俱乐部中存在的主要问题进行了归纳。目前,在我国的职业排球俱乐部中主要存在产权不明晰、缺乏造血机能、内部管理混乱和人员流动不畅等问题。通过对此问题的深入研究,目的在于使我国职业排球俱乐部能够向健康稳定的方向发展。
