| 摘 要： | 阐述了基于服务器/客户端数据库开发技术的船舶海务管理系统的开发过程.结合中远集运海务管理的信息流分析和业务流程,以Sybase为基础设计实现了计算机管理,并对系统的信息流进行了优化.
