| Abstract: | Passing the statistics analysis of patent application and authorization measure in Universities from 1986 to 2006,the paper makes the basic characteristics of patent application and authorization.It analysis the present condition of patent information service in library of university,announce to patent an application to measure and the information serve of relation,put forward the development strategies the developing of patent information serves of universities in independent innovation. |
