| 摘 要： | 体育公共服务体系建设是我国体育事业发展的新阶段,具有公平均等性、公益性、多样性、便利性和普及性的特征。以人为本是体育公共服务体系建设应坚持的基本价值理念,围绕实现人民群众的体育权益开展多方面富有成效的工作是政府体育公共服务的目标和任务。体育公共服务体系建设要收到实效,需要政府出台相关的政策,组织落实具体的措施。
