| 摘 要： | 在全国科技计划管理改革深入推进的背景下,通过问卷调查的方式研究广东省科技计划项目管理制度体系。分析现状,剖析主要存在的项目管理流程有待完善等七个方面问题的原因;坚持问题导向,针对存在的主要问题借鉴先进省市的成功经验,提出广东省科技计划项目管理制度改进的若干路径。

Improvement Path of the Guangdong Science and Technology Project Management System |

| Abstract: | The reform of the science and technology project management is carring on countrywide. Based on a questionnaire, we studied on Guangdong science and technology project management system. In order to solve the problems have been found out, we studied some advanced experience, and put out improvement path of the Guangdong science and technology project management system. |
