发达国家概念验证计划及概念验证中心研究

为填平基础研究成果与可市场化成果之间的间隙,欧盟、新加坡、美国在全球率先实施概念验证计划,支持研究型大学建立概念验证中心,推动基础研究成果进一步开展技术可行性、商业可行性等研究,减少基础研究成果转化的风险和不确定性。主要分析欧洲研究理事会概念验证计划、新加坡概念验证资助计划以及美国研究型大学概念验证中心建设经验,并提出推动我国基础研究成果转化的对策建议。

Study on Proof-of-Concept Plan and Proof-of-Concept Centers of Developed Countries

For bridge the gap between basic research and marketable achievement, the European Union, Singapore and the United States in the global first implement proof-of-concept plan, support research university to establish proof-of-concept center, promote the basic research results further technical feasibility and commercial feasibility study, reduce the risk of basic research achievements and uncertainty. This article mainly analyzes the proof-of-concept plan of European Research Council and Singapore, the construction experience of American research university proof-of-concept centers, draw lessons from international experience, and put forward suggestions to promote China''s basic research achievements transformation.
