Abstract:In the past decades,remarkable progress has been made in the field of green chemistry,which gives new vitality to the development of chemistry.At the same time,the development of green chemistry also makes new requirements for chemistry education,especially organic chemistry.This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of green chemistry teaching.The author takes Knoevenagel condensation reaction as an example to describe how to integrate the concept of green chemistry into traditional organic chemistry teaching.This strategy enables students to understand the new trend of chemistry,broaden their academic horizons,and achieve a thorough understanding.
