浅谈高校实验室安全准入体系的改进

实验室作为高校教学的组成部分,安全问题乃是重中之重。高校实验室安全体系的建立和完善迫在眉睫。推行高校实验室安全准入制度是高校实验室安全管理最基本的保障,也是防止高校实验室安全事故最重要的手段,对于保障高校实验室安全具有重要意义。总结目前国内高校实验室安全准入体系存在的问题和国外高校实验室安全准入建设现状,从国外高校实验室安全管理方法中总结先进经验加以借鉴,旨在为高校实验室安全准入体系的建设提供参考,以预防和减少实验事故发生。

Improvement of the Safety Access System of University Laboratories

As an integral part of college teaching,laboratory safety is the top priority.It is urgent to establish and improve the laboratory safety system in colleges and universities.The implementation of university laboratory safety access system is not only the most basic guarantee of university laboratory safety management,but also the most important means to prevent university laboratory safety accidents.It is of great significance to ensure the safety of university laboratory.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the current domestic university laboratory safety access system and the current situation of the construction of foreign university laboratory safety access,and summarizes the advanced experience from the foreign university laboratory safety management methods for reference,in order to provide reference for the construction of university laboratory safety access system and prevent and reduce the occurrence of experimental accidents.
