摘    要:物流仿真类课程教学理论和实践兼顾,强调学生综合实践能力的培养,而混合式学习能够整合线上和线下教学的优势,为提高教学效果提供了有力支撑。基于OBE教育理念,以培养学生综合能力为导向,借用线上教学平台和虚拟仿真工具,对“物流系统建模与仿真”课程的实验教学进行层次化、模块化和迭代化设计;合理分配教与学学时,兼顾线上学习的灵活性和课堂教学的互动优势,采用混合模式培养学生的沟通、协作和思辨能力;对课程考核进行持续改进,考核环节贯穿全过程,构建多维评价视角,保证课程目标的实现。

Abstract:Logistics simulation courses pay equal attention to theory teaching and practice teaching,emphasizing the cultivation of students’comprehensive practical ability.Blended learning can combine the advantages of online and offline teaching and effectively improve the teaching effect.Based on the OBE education concept,and with the goal of training students’comprehensive ability,this paper conducts a hierarchical,modular,and iterative design of the experimental teaching of Logistics System Modeling and Simulation course by using online teaching platforms and virtual simulation tools;it tries to reasonably allocate the teaching and learning hours,takes into account the flexibility of online learning and the interactive advantages of classroom teaching,and adopts the blended mode to cultivate students’communication,cooperation and critical thinking ability;it tries to improve the assessment method of the course,carries out assessment in the whole process of learning,and constructs a diversified evaluation system,so as to ensure the achievement of the teaching objectives.
