基于职业规划的本科毕业设计培养模式研究

针对高校本科毕业设计教学中所面临的问题,以职业规划为突破口,利用职业规划教育激发学生的学习兴趣和创新思维,为每一位学生提供指导性的职业规划参考方向。对本科生毕业论文选题、创新设计、质量评价等环节进行了分析研究,通过建立师生档案、提前培训、差异性创新培养等方式,对本科生学业方向进行提前布局,针对性地增强学生的知识储备和动手实践能力。帮助毕业生匹配适合自身的毕业设计课题,调动学生的学习主观能动性,建立以创新型毕业设计(论文)为培养目标的毕业生教学模式,提高本科生的毕业设计和人才培养质量。

Research on the Training Model of Undergraduate Graduation Project Based on Career Planing

Aiming at the problems in the teaching of graduation project in colleges and universities,this paper takes career planning as a breakthrough.Through providing guidance of reference direction for each student,it tries to stimulate students’learning interest and innovation thinking.And then,this paper analyzes the links such as the topic selection,the innovative design,and the quality evaluation in the writing process of graduation project.Through the establishment of records of teachers and students,the early-stage training,and the differential innovation training,the undergraduate academic direction is clarified in advance,so as to specifically enhance the students’knowledge reserve and practical ability.These methods not only help each graduate choose a suitable subject for their graduation projects,but also effectively mobilize students’subjective initiative in learning.The establishment of a teaching model with innovative graduation project as the training goal can improve the graduation project and talent training quality of undergraduates.
