| 摘 要： | 通过构建“产出就业弹性”指标来衡量工业化与就业的关系，并对云南省经济结构进行横截面数据和动态时序数据分析，文中在提出了适合云南省经济发展的新型工业化之路，其中重点是协调好节能减排和提高资源利用效率，加快重工业占主导的工业化进程。在这一过程中，关键是转变经济增长方式，发展循环经济。

| Abstract: | Based on the comparative analysis of dynamic data and cross-sectional data analysis of the industrial structure of Yunnan and some others as well as constructing an indicator of outputs employment elasticity to measure the relationship between the industrialization and employment,we put forward the industrialization road adapted to the economic development of Yunnan,and the focus is on the coordination of energy saving as well as emissions reduction and the improvement of the efficiency of resource use.At the same time,heavy industry plays a leading role in the industrialization process.Above all,we should lay emphasis on changing the mode of economic growth and the development of recycling economy. |
