| 摘 要： | 由于INTERNET在全世界范围内广泛应用,音频、图像、视频在网络和通信方面占有越来越重要的地位.在网络上直接传送,就必须对它们进行压缩传输,然后进行解码还原.本文讨论ISO和IEC制定的JPEG和MPEG压缩和解码技术国际标准.

| Abstract: | Multimedia develops very quickly with appearance of communication technique and computer network technique, especially Internet technique. Online video programming, network video meeting, visual long distance communication, network page image management and so on all need the support of multimedia, especially the support of data compress and data decode technique. This paper expounds a few popular data compress and data decode technique standard in detail. |
