| 摘 要： | 如今我国正处于经济快速发展,体育产业蓬勃兴盛的社会转型加速期,而体育健身也越来越成为一种时尚运动。文章重点剖析了影响我国城市中年妇女体育健身娱乐活动的主要因素,指出大力发展她们体育健身娱乐的可行性,并对城市中年妇女今后的体育健身娱乐提出相应的对策。
