“混合式栏间步”教法的T检验分析

摘    要:将混合式栏间步教法应用于女生100m跨栏跑教学中,实验的成绩T检验分析表明:在女生跨栏跑教学中栏间3步与4步的混合使用,可以最大限度的发挥学生的身体素质水平并取得较好的达标成绩。

Abstract:The teaching method of mixed steps between the hurdles is adopted in the teaching of girl students'100 meters hurdle race. Through T verify analysis the results show that the mixture use of three steps and four steps between hurdles in the 100 meters hurdle race teaching can bring the students' level of physical diathesis to the maximum limit and make the best in test.
