| 摘 要： | ＂和而不同＂是古老的中国哲学智慧。＂和而不同＂文化观既强调＂和谐＂,又关注＂不同＂,与今天所倡导的大学生个性和谐发展的内涵基本一致。＂和而不同＂作为先秦儒家思想的文化观,对当代大学生个性和谐发展的构建具有积极的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | ＂Harmony but Difference＂ shows ancient Chinese wisdom.The cultural view of ＂Harmony but Difference＂ emphasizes both ＂Harmony＂ and ＂Difference＂,which is basically consistent with of the connotation of the harmonious development of undergraduate＇s individuality today.＂ Harmony but Difference＂,as the cultural view of the Confucianism in the Pre-Qin Dynasty,provides enough theoretical basis for the construction of the harmonious development of undergraduate＇s individuality.So it has positive significance for reference. |
