| 摘 要： | 高中阶段是一个特殊的时期,一部分学生将在此之后结束学生生涯,走向社会。那么,学生在今后的生活中能否坚持终身锻炼的习惯与其在高中所受的体育教育有着很大的关系。因此,本文从体育课程内容的选择取向与准则两个方面进行了探讨。
