| 摘 要： | 利于创新的外部环境可以促进创新要素优化组合从而提高产业绩效。文章基于外部环境的角度,从产业以外的五个关键因素:政府政策、金融系统的支持、科技活动人员投入、科技经费支出、外资投入强度入手,建立产业创新绩效评价指标体系,结合两阶段DEA分析法,构建了影响装备制造业产业创新绩效的评价模型,根据2009—2010年我国装备制造业行业面板数据,分析装备制造业的创新成果产出以及经济转化效率值,并对效率值进行评价,以此制定提高创新效率的策略。

| Abstract: | The external environment Conducive to innovation can promote innovation elements optimization combination toimprove industrial performance. This paper, from the five key factors of the government policy, financial support system, sci-ence and technology activities personnel investment, science and technology expenditure, FDI, established the innovationperformance evaluation index system, and based on 2009--2010 China＇ s equipment manufacturing industry panel data,combined with DEA two stage method, the paper constructed the equipment manufacturing industry innovation influence theperformance of CCR model. Comparatively analyzed each factor to the innovation achievement output efficiency and econom-ic transformation efficiency evaluation result, and formulated some relevant strategies. |
